ASSinine Works of fART
This book is the product of pretentious art students and over-analyzation. This satire is comprised of forty four pages, saddle stitched and bound in leather, with an additional rendering inlaid on the cover. In total, there are twenty different pieces of art depicted in my own special way. Each interpretation is created with the original work's style and appearance. Remember kids, sometimes an apple is just an apple.
Deadcot
Deadcot is a representation of the Walt Disney World theme park EPCOT after those pesky tourists get the hell out, for about fifty years or so. This is just something I've wanted to do for a while, and it was a nice test of my photoshop skills. The best part is that part of the Death Star makes up some of the inside of Spaceship Earth.
Captain America
In anticipation of Captain America: The First Avenger, I've begun creating some fan art for the film. The movie is a period piece set in World War II. I began with an image of soldiers preparing to invade Omaha Beach on D-Day. I selected the man who seemed to stand out from the group to be Cap. I chose the look I wanted from the numerous adaptations of Captain America's war costume and shield. After completing Cap, I made the photograph appear older with a border and some dust and scratches.
Apple Premier Typewriter
This project was the most time consuming project I've ever undertaken. I began with an image of an old typewriter I found on the interweb. The image was only as a reference because this entire image was recreated with the paintbrush tool in Photoshop. Some of this was painted pixel by pixel. After I copied the image I decided to make some changes. I decided this would be the first product from Apple.
